公司成立于2003年4月，2017年12月改制为股份公司，2021年4月16日公司成功在上海证券交易所主板挂牌上市。公司系全国陶瓷原料用高岭土生产供应基地，集采矿、选矿、研发、销售于一体的科技创新型企业。公司专注于高岭土的采选、加工和销售，以及相关技术研发业务，公司的主要产品分为高岭土原矿、325目高岭土精矿、超级龙岩高岭土、改性高岭土、综合利用产品五大类。公司高岭土产品具有自然白度高、杂质含量低、烧成白度和强度高、成瓷性能好等优点，是中、高档日用陶瓷、工艺美术瓷和高档建筑陶瓷的优质原材料。公司在高岭土采选、配矿、除铁及资源综合利用等领域有深厚的经验积累和技术沉淀。公司是福建省省级企业技术中心，国家级绿色矿山单位，国家高新技术企业，被中国非金属矿业工业协会授予“非金属矿行业绿色工厂”荣誉称号，相继获得“矿产资源节约与综合利用先进适用技术推广应用示范矿山”、“矿产资源节约与综合利用先进适用技术”等荣誉称号。
