公司成立于2004年11月，总部坐落于美丽的杭州、国家级萧山经济技术开发区。前身为浙江大胜达包装有限公司，2016年完成股份制改造。公司先后在萧山、苏州、盐城、成都、武汉等地设立10余家子公司，在境外设立以“设计与营销”为一体的设计服务公司。公司是国家重点扶持的高新技术企业、中国纸包装开发生产基地，拥有中国纸制品研发中心、省级重点企业设计院、省级企业研究院、省级工业设计中心等多个研发平台，并被国家工信部列为“两化融合管理体系贯标试点企业”、浙江省两化深度融合示范企业、浙江省管理创新试点企业等。公司始终秉持全方位为客户提供“创意设计与研发创新”解决方案的发展理念，立足于“技术领先、设备领先、规模领先”的发展思路，坚持“完善自我、满足顾客、创造一流、追求卓越”的质量方针，以客户为关注焦点，以优良的产品品质，个性化的配套服务为客户提供更好更多的纸包装产品及解决方案。今后，公司将以“胜是高山不化千年雪，达为源泉长流百条溪”为精神源泉，继续发扬胜达拼搏精神，全力打造“精品工厂”(智能工厂、数字工厂、绿色工厂)，贯彻新理念、完善新标准、建设新体系，为实现新时代百年胜达梦而努力奋斗！

Management & practice score is the weighted summation of E, S and G pillar scores. The weights reflect both the relative impact of each issue within each industry and the negative or positive contribution of each industry to the environment and society relative to other industries.
