公司成立于2006年，2021年9月14日在深交所创业板上市。公司主要从事工业用纸包装、消费品纸包装、塑料包装、智能包装系统及高性能光伏材料的研发、设计、生产、销售及服务。经过多年发展，公司已由国内领先的工业用纸包装企业，成长为一家工业与消费包装产品皆备的包装一体化解决方案提供商。公司掌握粉体和颗粒类工业用纸包装材料和包装机械的研发、生产核心技术，形成以阀口袋、方底袋、热封口袋、缝底袋、机器人包装及码垛设备为主的产品结构，服务于食品、化工、建材、医药、乳制品等多个行业，并建立了稳定的客户基础，成为众多国内外知名工业产品生产企业的包装供应商。公司快消品包装产品覆盖日化、食品、宠物用品、玩具等不同领域产品包装需求，覆盖塑料和纸质两大产品系列，能够满足下游客户对包装产品的差异化需求。公司成功开发了复合材料光伏边框产品代替传统的铝质边框，多项性能包括产品碳足迹明显优于传统产品，单位产品的碳足迹相比传统产品降低超过50%。
