公司是华润集团科技及新兴产业板块一级业务单元，是华润集团发展新材料业务的核心载体，2021年10月在深交所创业板上市，是国务院国资委确定的“双百”试点企业。公司以聚酯瓶片PET和特种聚酯PETG为主营业务，在常州、珠海等地设有生产基地，是聚酯材料领域的领先企业。公司生产的“华蕾”牌瓶级聚酯切片为业界知名食品级聚酯切片品牌，在饮料、食用油、酒类包装、医用采血管、膜片材等领域得到广泛应用，在国内外市场享有很高声誉。公司大力发展新材料业务，突破技术壁垒的共聚酯PETG一期5万吨项目于2022年顺利投产，产品具有出色的耐化学性、耐用性和可成型性，在化妆品包材、3D打印、医疗包装、板片材和其它注塑挤出领域快速发展，成为国产日化包材PETG第一大供应商。在“双碳”背景下，公司依托科技攻关发展循环经济，实现较高比例的可循环再生PET聚酯瓶片的研发生产，含25%回收料的rPET产品取得可口可乐公司全球绿色低碳认证，系国内第一家被可口可乐认证的化学法rPET生产线，相关产品被用于北京冬奥会。现已成功研发了50%回收料的rPET。公司拥有超1万平米的常州研发中心和珠海科创中心，配备了近亿元的研发设备与仪器，并获评双创示范基地、省工程中心等称号。面向十五五，公司将在深耕食品包装材料、壮大化妆品包装材料的同时，积极布局药品包装、医用高分子新材料等高附加值、高技术壁垒领域。公司以“美好生活，化材创造”为使命，坚守央企责任担当，不断增强核心竞争力和核心功能，积极培育新质生产力，更好服务大国民生，致力成为客户喜爱、技术领先、提升大众生活品质的世界一流化学材料企业。
