公司位于浙江省湖州市，是目前国内唯一一家涤纶工业丝全产业链生产企业。公司成立于2003年，于2010年在深圳证交易所上市。公司主营业务包括涤纶工业丝、浸胶帘子布、浸胶帆布、浸胶线绳和PVC软膜五大板块，产品在业界具有良好的口碑，下游客户约2000余家，产品直销海外67个国家。公司全套引进德国苏拉阿尔玛、日本村田、德国卡尔迈耶、比利时必加乐、德国多尼尔、德国贝宁格泽尔等世界一流设备用于加捻、整经、织造与浸胶，配以行业顶尖的人才和世界一流的实验室检测设备，有效保证产品品质。2022年，公司正式成为陕煤集团旗下的新材料公司。公司将坚持聚焦主业，以工业丝为基础，向高性能特种纤维延伸转型，矢志不渝践行“成为全球高端纤维的引领者”企业愿景。
