中国著名老字号品牌“全聚德”始创于1864年。1993年组建全聚德集团；1994年，由全聚德集团等6家企业发起设立了北京全聚德烤鸭股份有限公司；2003年，与北京华天饮食集团共同组建聚德华天控股有限公司；2004年，与首旅集团、新燕莎集团实现战略重组，形成了拥有全聚德、仿膳饭庄、丰泽园饭店、四川饭店四大知名餐饮品牌的大型餐饮集团，并更名为“中国全聚德(集团)股份有限公司”；2007年，“全聚德”在深交所挂牌上市。全聚德仿膳食品公司生产并销售四个品牌特色食品，包括预制菜肴、肉制品、荷叶饼、烤鸭专用酱等十余个系列、百余种产品。全聚德三元金星食品公司主要是以北京填鸭屠宰加工为主的生食加工销售业务，包括烤鸭坯类、鸭副产品等;以熏烧烤类、酱卤类、速冻调制品为主的熟肉制品加工销售业务。全聚德集团倾力传承全聚德、仿膳、丰泽园、四川饭店餐饮品牌文化，博采众长，联合发展，“全聚德挂炉烤鸭技艺”和“仿膳(清廷御膳)制作技艺”被认定为国家级非物质文化遗产，“丰泽园鲁菜制作技艺”被列入北京市市级非物质文化遗产代表性项目名录，“全聚德全鸭席制作技艺”被列入北京市区级非物质文化遗产名录，“前门全聚德烤鸭店门面”被列为“北京市文物保护单位”。全聚德集团连续多年被授予“全国文明行业示范点”“全国五一劳动奖状”“全国质量管理先进企业”“全国商业质量管理奖”“中国十大文化品牌”“中国餐饮十佳企业”和“北京城市名片”等荣誉。

Wind has developed a rigorous rating methodology based on the core connotations of ESG, aligning with international standards and frameworks, and incorporating the characteristics of Chinese companies, to assess the company's essential ESG performance, risk and its ability to operate sustainably.

Management & practice score is the weighted summation of E, S and G pillar scores. The weights reflect both the relative impact of each issue within each industry and the negative or positive contribution of each industry to the environment and society relative to other industries.
