公司成立于2010年4月，2022年4月20日在上海证券交易所科创板成功挂牌上市。公司自成立以来，始终坚持自主研发、自主创新，一直在高端半导体专用设备领域持续深耕、拓展，重点聚焦薄膜沉积设备和应用于三维集成领域的先进键合设备及配套量检测设备的研发与产业化。公司经过十余年的创新发展，现已形成PECVD(等离子体增强化学气相沉积)、ALD(原子层沉积)、SACVD(次常压化学气相沉积)、HDPCVD(高密度等离子体化学气相沉积)、Flowable CVD(流动性化学气相沉积)等薄膜沉积设备产品，以及晶圆对晶圆混合键合、晶圆对晶圆熔融键合、芯片对晶圆混合键合、芯片对晶圆熔融键合等三维集成设备产品，并广泛应用于先进存储、先进/成熟逻辑、先进封装、功率器件、Micro-OLED、硅光技术、图像传感器(CIS)等领域。
