公司成立于1985年，是一家集研发、生产、销售、服务为一体的全球电子电路基材核心供应商。经过三十余年的发展，通过不断努力，覆铜板板材产量从建厂之初的年产60万平方米发展到2024年度的1.4亿平方米。根据美国Prismark调研机构对于全球硬质覆铜板的统计和排名，从2013年至今，硬质覆铜板销售总额已持续保持全球第二。集团总部位于中国最具经济活力的城市——广东东莞。先后在咸阳、苏州、香港、台湾、常熟、南通、九江及泰国等地建立了全资子公司和控股子公司。集团主营业务及产品应用范围公司始终立足于高标准、高品质、高性能、高可靠性，自主生产覆铜板、半固化片、绝缘层压板、金属基覆铜箔板、涂树脂铜箔、覆盖膜类等高端电子材料。产品主要供制作单、双面线路板及高多层线路板，广泛应用于高算力、AI服务器、5G天线、新一代通讯基站、大型计算机、高端服务器、航空航天工业、芯片封装、汽车电子、智能家居、工控医疗设备、家电、消费类终端以及各种中高档电子产品中。公司的主导产品已获得博世、联想、索尼、飞利浦等国际、国内知名企业的认证，拥有较大的竞争优势，产品销美洲、欧洲、韩国、日本、东南亚等世界多个国家和地区。
