公司前身是始建于1958年的天台机械厂，1999年改制为民营股份制企业。公司围绕“节能、减排、智能、安全”产品发展主线，专注于油、水、气、冷媒间的热交换器、汽车空调等热管理产品及后处理排气系统相关产品的研发、制造和销售，产品主要应用于新能源车、燃油车、非道路机械、数据中心、储能、超充、热泵空调等领域。在公司远景发展战略总纲引领下，公司走过了“规模扩大、客户拓展、品牌树立”为核心任务的第一次创业阶段，正进入以“加快推进国际化、实现技术引领、提升综合竞争力”为目标的二次创业新阶段。目前已在中国上海、湖北、山东、江苏、江西、广东、广西、安徽、陕西、四川等地，在境外美国、墨西哥、瑞典、波兰、德国、印度、马来西亚等国家设有全资和控股下属公司，在全球拥有员工。公司与奔驰戴姆勒、康明斯、卡特彼勒、约翰迪尔、福特、通用、沃尔沃、吉利、广汽、长城、比亚迪、一汽、重汽、三一重工、徐工、潍柴、玉柴等国内外著名企业建立了长期稳定合作关系。公司热交换器产品产销量连续二十年保持国内行业领先，是我国热交换器行业首家民营上市公司、国家首批汽车零部件出口基地企业、第一批中国汽车零部件CT30企业和国家第一批制造业单项冠军培育企业，是我国汽车、工程机械等领域最具影响力的民族品牌之一。公司是国家级高新技术企业，建有国家级企业技术中心、国家试验检测中心、省级重点企业研究院、省级工程实验室、省级双创示范基地和国家级博士后工作站。先后获得“国家技术创新示范企业”“国家创新团队奖”“浙江省雄鹰企业”“浙江省级重点企业研究院”“浙江省级创新团队奖”等殊荣。

Management & practice score is the weighted summation of E, S and G pillar scores. The weights reflect both the relative impact of each issue within each industry and the negative or positive contribution of each industry to the environment and society relative to other industries.
