公司于1993年3月26日在深圳证券交易所上市。第一大股东为全资国有企业珠海港控股集团有限公司，实际控制人为珠海市国资委。珠海港为我国沿海24个主枢纽港和广东省5个主要港口之一，毗邻港澳，坐拥西江主出海口和长江流域出海口，为珠江西岸重要枢纽港。作为珠海港口和新能源发展资本运作的重要平台，我们始终坚持规范运作与稳健经营，呈现出良好的成长性。在企业使命“港通四海，绿能九州”的引领下，我们以“双轮驱动战略、西江-长江联动战略、系统集成战略、数智绿色战略”四大战略为引擎，对港口、航运、物流、能源以及相关资源科学、高效地开发和运营，业务涵盖港航物流、新能源和其他资产管理。主要从事风力发电、光伏发电、管道燃气、天然气发电等新能源与清洁能源的投资、运营及服务。公司在全国已投资控股八个陆上风电场，十五个分布式光伏电站，并参股海上风电项目，同时将业务向光伏产业链上游布局和延伸。下属企业秀强股份主要产品包括家电彩晶玻璃等多个玻璃品种，新能源方面主要生产光伏镀膜玻璃、新能源充电桩玻璃和光伏建筑一体化(BIPV)产品。管道燃气主要依托珠海市政府授予的珠海西部地区管道燃气业务特许经营权，从事珠海横琴新区、珠海市西部城区管道燃气的建设、运营及维护，以良好设施和优质服务助力珠海城市建设，并进一步推动珠澳两地燃气互联互通后的更紧密合作。
